Pros

* Campus is beautiful and well maintained * Plenty of great, hard-working engineers * The attached child care facility is the best you will find in the Midwest.

Cons

* Pay is far below market rate, especially in Omaha * New leadership prioritizes profit over people * What was once a great culture has entirely disappeared * No career path, no upward mobility If you are looking for a great long-term career, you will not find it here anymore, unless you are already very senior or living in San Francisco.

Pros

None to mention as of now.

Cons

Everything, They breach values which they don't follow, only brainless people will pay and work with them. They laid off lot of people in the name of restructuring, biggest joke is they aren't even in Google/Meta standards to lay off the people who worked hard for useless growth of the company

Pros

Great campus with on-site daycare & gym. Free coffee. Good outside of work events. I was lucky to make good friends. However, notice that all my Pros are not related to my work duties.

Cons

There is no HR department. The development leadership was unreceptive to differing points of view. Often, new and faster ways of achieving a goal were suppressed by leads because it wasn't the way that it was done for the last years. Surprisingly, Gallup lacked of training and mentorship making it very hard to onboard anybody leading to lots of turnover. Work/life balance is not OK with a minimum of 45 h/week. Their unlimited vacation policy is actually limited and misleading. Repeated amount of projects with urgent dates leading to many hours of work, a drop in quality, an increase of backlog tickets, and unprofessional emails from management asking for more work and publicly exposing bad habits from their employees.
