I am a current Gallup employee (software developer). This is a great company to work for. Interesting projects, challenging assignments and great work environment. I love the schedule flexibility. You don't have a fixed schedule or vacation days. You just have to meet a number of hours by the end of the year, and as long as you deliver results you can take as much time off as you want. I lived in California for 10 years before moving to Nebraska. If you're hesitant about moving to the Omaha area, don't be. Omaha is a great town to live. Affordable housing, all service, safe, no major traffic issues, small but functional airport, life is easy here in Nebraska! People kept telling me that I was crazy for moving from CA to a "flyover state" but I don't regret the move at all!

One of the best companies i have worked so far. Wonderful work life balance and employees are treated like adults. Great growth opportunities and chances to make an impact everyday. Benefits and Salary are all par with the market. The best thing about the organisation is their open culture and positive happy atmosphere.
