Completely saturated market. Gebbs needs to shut down because I doubt anyone would ever acquire them.. total waste of time! Company morale is at an all-time LOW! IT IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. Lack of infrastructure in a BIG WAY! Place is incredibly outdated and old fashion. Annual turnover is about 70% Non-compliant and NON-TRANSPARENT. Worst communication within any organization. Racist, Sexist, Ageist. Management and CEO are passive aggressive and irritatingly pompous. Do not expect to learn anything new. Expect to feel unsatisfied and unappreciated. ***ANY POSITIVE REVIEW YOU READ ON HERE IS FAKE!

None, whatsoever. This company will ask you for your W2 when you start so they can have you at the lowest salary possible, they do not care about you at all. They routinely have people at higher salaries just based on gender alone. AVOID THIS TRASH CAN OF A BUSNIESS!

Cons

Sexist management, racially insensitive, cheap, they want to run and Indian business in the US with the same culture. There are HR violations that are rampant, no one is accountable, the VP has no idea what he is doing and no one has any sense of leadership or accountability.

WORK FROM HOME. Loved my job when it was a company that actually cared. Once Ryan and his brood was brought in and it shifted to no one else mattered mentality it was downhill from there. Once new CRM leadership was brought in from India - compliance accountability no longer mattered.

Cons

Marina Del Rey staff - works on buddy system. No matter how hard your work, how many long hours you work, how great a job you do if you are not in with the buddy group you don't matter. Their really over paid and it will hurt the company in the long run. India Staff - lack of respect for women, american women, HIPPA violations, will lie, cheat, and cut throat until they get caught than they will hang it on your head. You opinion does not matter even when it is for the good of the company.
