Pros

All the insurances are great. My team is great.

Cons

Leadership, paying for parking, I would recommend avoiding if you are seeking hybrid or remote work. There has been a change in policies and the leadership is no longer honoring remote practices for those hired remote. The leadership is also disregarding the current policy on file randomly and on a per person basis as it suits their mood for the day. Job titles were changed recently placing several people from a higher positions to a lower one, for example a senior is now a normal level title with proficiency levels being a side note.
