Turnover is increasing. - Looks like a desperate attempt to maintain top spot in the industry. But they're doing all the wrong things.

The main office is located in an inconvenient area, yet most employees are expected to work from that location regularly. Compensation is noticeably below market rate, which makes it difficult to retain strong talent. High turnover among skilled engineers is a recurring pattern. The day-to-day work environment can be draining due to an overly critical culture and a lack of trust in employees’ judgment. The codebase and overall software architecture suffer from significant technical debt. Senior engineers tend to be resistant to outside input, which makes collaboration and modernization efforts difficult. Decision-making is slow and heavily process-driven.
