Pros

The position itself was great, and I loved what I did. The pay was good per hour, but this position was part time, so no benefits.

Cons

They are dividing positions into two or more departments, so YOU have to figure out a schedule to fit in all of your work into a part time work week. Some co workers refused to work with this schedule and demanded more work than was physically possible.
