      Management will happily throw you under the bus on a daily basis. A LOT of ethical and moral issues. No teamwork.

      There are individuals in the company that really care about people

      Cons

      Everyone in the ivory tower is more important than the people making money. HQ is supposed to support the field but it’s opposite Experienced people take a back seat and aren’t heard There are 14 people involved in a decision and it may take a month to get them to make it Supervisor is a title but they are micromanaged to death You have to beg for anything and most of the time pay for it yourself. Expenses are based on whatever and whenever they want to pay.
