There are also solid learning opportunities, from internal trainings to access to platforms and certifications that help you level up your career.
Cons
Some projects can feel a bit disorganized, especially in terms of requirements definition and task prioritization. At times it's hard to have a clear picture of the roadmap, which can slow down delivery. On top of that, internal career growth can be difficult — the path to move up within the company is not always clear or accessible, and promotions tend to be slow regardless of your performance or contributions.
