Pros

The work feels meaningful. You get the tools and the green light to build good things, and we hear from customers often enough that the impact feels real and not abstract. The product managers are really strong. Honestly some of the best I've worked with. Pay and benefits are solid. Trust is high too. You're treated like an adult and given room to manage your own time as long as you're delivering.

Cons

There are two sides to the business and one gets noticeably more attention than the other. Can feel uneven if you're on the smaller side. Decisions about who stays and who goes can feel unclear at times. There isn't always a lot of communication around it.

Pros

Working on a product that genuinely helps people is incredibly motivating, and that shared mission really comes through in the culture. People here care about what they’re building, which makes it easier to push through challenges and ship meaningful work. The culture is fun and positive, and there are a lot of great people with different interests to connect with. It also feels like the company is very focused right now, with teams aligned and making real progress each quarter. As an engineer, I feel like my input matters and that I have strong ownership over what I work on. There’s a clear openness to innovation, especially around AI and new tools, and not much red tape, which makes it easy to collaborate and move quickly across teams.

Cons

Because the company moves quickly and stays focused on what matters most, priorities can shift and projects may get reprioritized. It helps to be adaptable and comfortable refocusing your work as priorities evolve.
