Pros

Friendly coworkers and a good place to gain work experience at Goodwill.

Cons

The processor position can feel stressful due to production goals and constant reminders to meet quotas.

Pros

Never a dull moment when it comes to the interesting customers. Friendly staff who has become my friends. Good hours when you actually become full time.

Cons

Management changes way too much and there’s no consistency between them. Good quality workers quit and replaced with people who don’t care. Overworked and under appreciated. Sales are bad and the no tag no sale policy is making it worse. No raises to growth to be had. Empty promises. Really understaffed so I have to do the job of three people.
