      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Great people to work with. Was a great people company, like an extended family. Now it's ran by accountants and beancounters. Great learning company, not a good career company.

      Cons

      Management treets you like a number in a column not a person. They tell you what they want, don't want to hear why it can't be done their way
