Pros

The work environment is well-structured and organized, with supportive leadership that values safety and teamwork. You always know what’s expected of you, and the training helps you get comfortable with processes quickly. The company offers great benefits and strong job stability, even for part-time employees.

Cons

Management tends to go against their workers instead of supporting them. Communication is inconsistent, and favoritism can make the job feel unfair at times. It can be difficult to get proper feedback or recognition, even when you’re performing well.

Pros

Not very stressful, but the pay reflects that. This would be a good job and company to ride out for a career if you like work/life balance. Good benefits. Nice facilities. Easy job.

Cons

Pay is mid or low tier. You wont be working with the best and the brightest. VERY woke. If you like having diversity, LGBTQ, womens empowerment, and things like this being shoved down your throat, you will LOVE this place!
