      Pros

      Graphcore is an amazing company to work in. The IPU is a cutting-edge chip that has made me learn a lot about ML, compilation, hardware, optimizations... The company fosters collaboration and everyone is ready to help, so I've really enjoyed learning more about all these fields. I'd really recommend Graphcore to anyone wanting to apply ML to a real product that will have an impact in customer companies across many sectors.

      Cons

      It's not a disadvantage for me, but most teams are geographically distributed, so you can expect freedom to work from home and a lot of zoom meetings.
