The experience that you report is very different than we hear from the vast majority of employees. In fact, Graphcore has been very focused on modern AI directions – especially the growing demand for AI compute services in the cloud. Many of the changes that have taken place over the past year have been in direct response to this evolving landscape – and to ensure that we are well positioned to take advantage of that growing opportunity. The shape of our teams has changed accordingly, and we understand that this may have been a difficult period for some employees. However, we hope you would agree that the current direction is the right one, has been well communicated and that we are well placed to be a leading player in this exciting industry.
