Decent benefits. 401K matching. Proximity to Mrs. Baird's outlet. Free parking. Acceptable atmosphere as long as you are a man and have a degree.

Cons

Hostile work environment. Upper management full of narcissistic good 'ol boys who spend the majority of their time making fun of current and past employees and talking about how awesome college was. Not female friendly in the slightest. No female management. Not family friendly. HR is not trustworthy. No real employee appreciation. Dreaded coming into work every day. Old computer systems. No room for growth. Did not listen to employee concerns or ideas.

Not many. Good coworkers, intelligent trainers.

Cons

Horrible management, uneducated and egotistical. Promote friends instead of qualified people. They force a lot of overtime while they go golfing.

The company will not promote from within, you could work there 30yrs and only miss handful of days and do a good job everyday..there is no incentive to go to work everyday
