Firm culture is weak. New hires are not offered competitive packages or equity stakes--- those are reserved for senior talent. Tough environment for minorities, queer people and/ or people of color.

Everything about this place screams "Don't do it." Narcissistic management, lots of butt kissing required to keep your job. If you don't play with the big boys out of preference, this is not the place for you. The micromanaging of lesser employees is unbearable, as well as the ridiculous working to 5:30pm when everyone else leaves when they can and you're tied to your desk. High tail it out of there as quick as you can. Don't apply if you're a minority, you'll be run over.
