Highly Competitive Pay Good Benefits Growing Company Yearly outing for all staff Remote

Cons

Very numbers-focused. The bottom line and billable hours are prioritized over everything else. YMMV - Regions are siloed and human interaction was low, for me. I got pigeon-holed into a specific technology and experienced some skill-rot in other areas.

I won't leave GuidePoint. The smartest and kindest coworkers, with a healthy amount of challenges to overcome. No jerks.

Cons

Some of the clients are challenging but it isn't GuidePoints fault. If you don't like it here, you're probably a jerk.
