      Pros

      Company has great career opportunities. H.O. Penn will send employees to training / schooling to make sure that we can stay up to date with fast advancing construction industry. The company also has our health in mind, providing resources to keep employees active and eating healthy.

      Cons

      The branch i work out of has a son working under his father who is a manager. This has caused issues in the shop because the son is getting special privileges. Including leaving early every week and still getting paid for a full day with out using his vac or person time, easier work, and will hide in the bathroom for hours during the day. Other employees will not speak up in fear of being punished by this manager because it has happened in the past.

      Good benefits and base, however commission structure poor.

      Cons

      Management does not care for their employees. Given online training at start of employment, then no other formal training on the position or the CAT equipment. Left out to fend for yourself. Management more concerned with TWICE yearly reviews and actual sales of CAT equipment or parts. No team community, you are an island. When you ask for help, you are shunned for not knowing the answer and no one is willing to help. Managers are number counters/crunchers only. New management came into play and never called once, never.
