Micromanaging, no benefits, no direction or support, not allowed to speak to each other, endless campaign calls are harassment, work 37.5 hrs (made to feel guilty for requesting off), poor communication, lack of goals/incentive for staying driven, lack of a connection with offices.

Management control of office is chaotic. Managers are under qualified. New employees are promised clients and earnings when it is commission based and impossible unless taken from others.
