      Flexible hours - you can set the hours you are able to work

      Cons

      The company itself does not care much for its employees. They only want profitable sales in any way possible. They (corporate) will blame the employees for falling short without knowing what actually goes on in the offices. --- this generally does not apply to local managers. More a review of corporate

      Pros

      Flexible depending on position and location, the last location I was at, there were extremely long hours, 7 days a week. Good if you need the work

      Cons

      Workload does not match the pay Bonus was cut from prior years even though revenue target was hit. Their reasoning was client target was not hit so bonus gets cut. They made the money they wanted but because it was less people we got cut out of our bonus.
