      Pros

      Company is very well developed, great training's, great virtual colleague support! Your direct boss will make or break the job!

      Cons

      Taxes are ALWAYS going to be stressful! You will need to be tenacious and be willing to figure out how to find solutions on the spot to thrive in this environment. Seasonal work.
