I've been with the company for over 10 years, and I can confidently say it's a fantastic place to work. The people are truly the best part—supportive, collaborative, and fun. The company culture is warm and engaging, with thoughtful perks like ice cream truck visits, dress-down Fridays, and a summer outing that really bring everyone together. Flexibility is another huge plus. Life happens, and leadership understands that. Whether it's a personal emergency or just needing to shift your schedule, there's a lot of trust and support. Leadership genuinely cares about employees and puts a strong emphasis on development. That said, you do need to take initiative—your growth is in your hands, but the tools and encouragement are there if you’re willing to use them.

Cons

Not many, honestly. Like any company, there are occasional growing pains or changes in direction, but nothing that overshadows the overall positive experience.

Don't drink the corporate Kool-Aid.

Pros

Nice offices and equipment. Corporate clubs, committees and events.

Cons

Notoriously low pay, especially for licensed professionals. Long work weeks, 40 hours + 5 hours of "bonus time" (who's bonus, the employer or employee?). Incredibly high employee turnover. Corporate politics and office gossip perpetuated by intra-office communications. Very cliquey. Termination with limited to no causation or explanation.

Good Potential - Too many cooks in the kitchen

Benefits and time off - the flexible hours are a plus.

Cons

Too many managers and administration - Corporate Politics were incredibly apparent and tension was highly visible throughout different departments and frankly was distracting. CEO is a nice guy - he was trying to get the employees on a "one mind one company" kind of thing, but honestly some people in the upper management have been there way too long and were very set in their ways hindering some of the us in our growth potential. Its a good company to work for if you just graduate to get your feet wet, but don't expect to be there long.
