Horrible place to make a career great to start

Easy work but that's about it.

Cons

Don't count on getting a 40 hr work week. Don't count on ever getting a raise more than 10 cents once a year. Don't count on getting a promotion. Fyi 7 people have left the avionics department this year alone. Were talking 4 of the best avionics techs this place had to offer. Good luck gents ill welcome you to the suck unless i get a better job offer before you join.

Good hard-working people, who try to maintain integrity despite daily abuse by management.

Cons

Management blames workers for every poor decision they make. No accountability for the former B/E Aerospace losers that are now in charge. No employee inputs allowed. Lousy pay. Just sabotaged relationships with 2 best clients. They'll be lucky to still be in business in 6 months. Don't waste your time applying here!
