      Pros

      Project are quite good, learning opportunities are good for people who are starting their career

      Cons

      low level management low hike, not sure on what basis hike are provided, people who have scores above 8(EP) donot get hikes properly the ones who are in bench have gotten hikes upto 15-20%

      Pros

      flexible timing Good team leads, I have a chance to work with very good technical leads and coworkers.

      Cons

      Extremely bad management No training license, no document, basically you have nothing No OT pay, the company require you to put in extra hours for nothing at all, not even a regconigtion. Managers basically brainwash you to believe you should put in more effort while provide you nothing. Each employees have been assigned a work laptop, if it break, they will charge you money for the repair fee while not providing any subtitute in the middle of a critical phase of a project. Have an infamous you-know-who manager.
