Pros
I believe everyone I met would be nice enough to help me with any questions, or at least find someone that could. The company culture is amazing; encourages teamwork instead of competition between employees. They are a well oiled machine and it was the best experience.
Cons
Only con I see is that sometimes it would take longer to contact someone if they were working from home, but only by a minimal degree.
