Pros

Quick to climb the ladder in the minimal advancement opportunities they trick you into thinking you are receiving. It made my resume look great after 4 years and I did learn a thing or two.

Cons

I don't have all day but let's see if I can highlight the reasons why you should stay away, or run as fast as you can out the door. They make their bark look bigger than their bite. They refuse to give titles that would translate appropriately to other companies. Due to the entry level nature of most of the positions (data entry and customer service) pay is low, and so is the quality of employees they hire. The presentation of the job is over-hyped, sugar coated with pizza parties and pot lucks, and other "fun activities". Listen, I'm not against any of those things, but when they are interfering with the job and professional atmosphere of the office, it's time to get serious and think about your clients - not the 21 year old idiots you hire. The office felt like High School, and management acted just as juvenile. All those fun things they do for you will take you out of production, and then you'll get questioned as to why you didn't make your quota. Middle level management (the only management you'll ever potentially find yourself in, characterized by title's with animal acronyms and the over-use of the word "lead") have to deal with the brunt of the BS. Upper level management spends too much of their time on smoke breaks or behind closed doors having "meetings". When they have problems fall on their plates, they throw it on "leads" and [Insert animal here]. Training for the analysts is terrible. They have never had a consistent trainer in the last 5 years, and it shows. The manual they expect everyone to follow is unreasonably too large, and most of your day is spent worrying about things that do not matter. If the job was taught to understand insurance and policies and not learn to be a robot, you would see better results. I could keep going. Moral of the story, don't work here.
