Okay pay and 401K for the Valley...

... but what they don’t tell you is that you’ll be doing 10 other jobs in 1. I’ve never worked for such an uncaring and stressful company. There are no initiatives and employees are treated as strictly numbers. Lack of respect runs rampant amongst upper management which stems primarily from the lack of respect the President has for his employees. He is resistant to change and demeans everyone in his path. I’ve never been so miserable at a job. Everyone hates being there and the negativity breeds off of each other. Benefits also stink and HR watches everything you do.. they do not care about the wellbeing of the employees. It’s a prison and we are slaves to MM.

Pros

Some products are actually innovative. People (besides management) are really nice to work with. OK place to work if you want a job not a career.

Cons

The management does not want to invest in people. They fail to realize why valuable people are leaving the company. Employees do not feel valued by the company. Some managers are not qualified for their positions. Promotions are really really rare.

The only good thing about Hydac that I can say is that most of the hourly associates out on the production floor are amazing, friendly, and most of the time, professionl and respectful.

Cons

Team leaders are unprofessional, immature, and very unprofessional. Gossip about employees with their peers. Sit for hours on social media and online shopping sites and do nothing to contribute to the ailing state of the work environment.
