Extremely well organized company with very clear policies and procedures that is refreshing coming from my old company. Organization of files is second to none, payroll and expenses are easily managed and entered. A good sense of belonging to the organization, rather than just being a number or 'just a contractor', this company values both their employees and contractors and go out of their way to make sure you know. The benefits are the best I've ever had, compensation is very good. You can talk to the most senior person in the company and they don't treat you like they're above you. The potential for growth and advancement is there.
