Pros

The actual facility was nice, and the yoga/massages were nice as well

Cons

I didn't really go through "training". They basically just put me on the floor and came to check on me a few times. I was very confused as to what I was supposed to do. Also, everyone stays in their own little "cliques" and as a new hire, I didn't really feel like I belonged. I stayed to myself the entire time. Pay was below average. I have a masters degree and they offered me a salary as if I had just a HS diploma!

We appreciate your honest assessment. Our claims department has worked tirelessly to create a thorough training program to ensure new analysts have all the tools they need to succeed, and managers are always readily available to help in any way possible. We hold lots of on-site activities for team building, but we are very sorry to hear that anyone felt like an outsider.

Pros

Nice Location in Charlotte, close to other much better employers who you will want to interview with.

Cons

Poor management, sweat shop, weak leadership, no mentoring or training, seem like one of those healthcare/wellness companies only in it for the money from companies who try to promote wellness. Cant keep a contract over 1 yr with clients. Typical small company with small company politics.

Pros

Weekends off, location, paid holidays, exercise classes. Some departments have flexible schedules. You get even better benefits if you fit in and will do anything you are told.

Cons

You have to fit in to survive. You won't get credit for your ideas, your manager will. Managers lie to protect each other even for terrible decisions. Managers stick together and will throw anyone under the bus. They lie on employees and fire employees for mistakes far less serious than the ones they make. They cover up and cover for each other. You have to play office politics and play it well to be able to hold your job.

We are so sorry to hear about your frustrations, and thank you for your candid feedback. We have worked hard with our managers over the past few years to instill a great sense of ownership and impartiality among employees.
