Pros

Building is nice. Benefits are okay.

Cons

I do not recommend working here. The recruiters are not very truthful in bringing you in. They focus on only the negative. No women in upper management. The attitude towards women there is a throwback to the fifties. The compensation is not comparable to other positions. High turn over rate at the corporate office.

Pros

The coffee and snacks furnished by the Company. Pay is above average, read the fine print on the other benefits.

Cons

Lack of cohesive management of projects. Customers don't know who is actually in charge. Project Managers have little control over project staffing, purchasing or pricing. Most of their time is spent putting together meaningless cost to completes with old cumbersome software. Little to no Quality Control Program, responsibility for QC is up to the Project Superintendent.

Pros

You will be part of large projects that require a lot of time and skill. You will have a lot of responsibilities.

Cons

The company as a whole does not seem to have newer technology to get the job done. Locations do not seem to share technology/resources to streamline projects from division to division. Be prepared to work a lot, 45+ hours minimum.
