BEWARE of Hexaware (esp. H1-B folks) - Worst Management and poor HR policies
Pros
Health Insurance that's all I found.
Cons
So called Managers in Hexaware who are based on either in Chennai or Mumbai (India) love sycophants. They do not have management consulting experience to handle US clients and they think they can manage everything sitting from other side of water. Unrealistic promises to client about deliverable which always ended up spoiling client relationship. Technical/functional team members are slaves and have to work day and night to chase the deadline given by the engagement without knowing the fact and complexity. HR policies don't exist and are tweaked to favor already favored resources. Management does not have any vision and they do not invest on cross training, cross cultural training for folks coming from Offshore (who do not have soft and communication skills) . Undue favoritism, lobbying is order of day. Opportunities are hard to get by US hired H1B folks since they are paid more than what a guy comes from offshore and US hired folks are burden on their budget. When a project ends and they do not keep H1-B guy on bench to find another project even you have done wonders in your work and got appreciated by clients. They do not have courtesy to inform you about upcoming assignments even after following up with RMG team many times who sits offshore (somewhere in Chennai or Mumbai). HR will ask you to leave the firm within 2 weeks of time and send you a notice that if they get a project then you may be extended further otherwise that will be your last day (Beware of Hexaware esp H1-B visa folks - you will be trapped and they will never initiate your Green Card process ).
