      Pros

      Some really great people I've gotten to work with over the last 5+ years. Projects have been interesting and offered growth opportunities professionally and personally. As long as I can work on good projects and deliver good work for customers, I'm happy (even if there's normal stress involved as you push towards go-live sometimes.) - It's only when I have to deal with corporate nonsense that it gets stressful.

      Cons

      HR is a disaster - probably by far the weakest link in the company. Don't set yourself up for disappointment by assuming the company is looking out for your 'self-actualization' / personal fulfillment. As far as HR is concerned, you are a line-item on a resource spreadsheet. Don't be caught off-guard when they treat you as such.

      They go with Hitachi Brand. There are some good and unbiased people at work who tries to gets the work done

      Over Burdened with work, No coordination within the management. Zero Work Satisfaction. Poor Company policy.

      Staff are friendly and respectful.

      Cons

      Based on my exercise for the past many Many years that I had been in this company: this is not a good company to work. They sell the projects short, just to sell it. Then overload the staff to do the work, days, nights, weekends, holidays. There is no balance between work and life, in fact it is all work. No room to grow, unless you are connected. Not a good bonus structure as well. People are friendly, but almost half of them are not experienced enough, so the load falls on the other half. There are too many VPs in this company, Politics is in its fullest. If you have any issue or concern, it will not be heard. You are as good as a billing machine to charge clients.
