Business Outlook

Pros

Best Home Health company. They really care about their employees. They go the extra mile not just for all clients, but all the employees also. I highly recommend them for employment as well as home Health care for your family members.

Cons

The pay is on the lower end if you are not a Tier 3 or 4 level expertise. However, it is not a problem. They will train Tier 1 & 2 employees to level up to Tier 3 and 4.

Helping others, building and maintaining relationships, supporting the team, and making a difference, your pipeline is your guide. The chat for availability is golden. Use it the schedulers are on top of it.

Cons

Not a Con **Tip** Your QA's checks/Visits may switch, it comes with the position. Always leave a window period to and from clients. The family is counting on you to be flexible. It can be done.
