Meaningful work, Great coworkers and supportive managers. Pay is fair in comparison to other companies. Yearly raises. Quarterly bonuses. Room for advancement.

Cons

30 minutes of unpaid lunch. Only non profit I’ve ever worked for that didn’t offer paid lunch.

The team is amazing—collaborative, friendly, and always willing to support one another. One of the standout aspects is the availability of free trainings, which shows a strong commitment to employee growth and development. Leadership is highly supportive and approachable, creating an environment where you feel heard and valued. Overall, I feel a strong sense of belonging here, along with genuine work satisfaction.
