Was a pretty good shop for me

The partners are verbally abusive and routinely belittle their younger staff. Mild inconveniences trigger the founder, whom takes his anger out on his workers. Misogynist remarks are extremely common. Sexual harassment and inappropriate comments are made daily. There's a terrible work/life balance—the owner is a workaholic who puts clients' unreasonable requests before the consideration of his own employees. Compensation is lower than average, and the partners deliberately avoid having annual reviews to avoid the conversation of pay increases. The owner lacks empathy for others, gloats in his own perceived self importance, and talks behind people's backs who work for / with him.
