      Considered an essential company during the pandemic. No layoffs during the pandemic Experts very knowledgeable about products No on call or weekend work

      Management Favoritism Revolving door in some departments Lack of respect or value Doesn't support employees enough Old fashioned (8-5), no flexibility in some departments to wfh, Facetime game, micromanagement

      Pros

      Good starting pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. People choose favorites. If you are white, you will likely be treated unfairly. They dint care if you have a life, you could have a loved one dying in the hospital and they would still point you for missing that day.

      Pay is good at the moment. Good vacation for newer employees Room for growth and advancement Schedule allows for good work life balance

      Cons

      Old fashion Very old and outdated machinery. Lots of broken equipment that’s never replaced. Horrible maintenance team. Not very gay/trans/“different” friendly.
