      Pros

      Wonderful balance of work and life and great understanding of async + remote culture. The team really seems to care about you and what you're doing and what you're working on. Huge opportunities here for anyone who wants to learn and grow — if you're a self-starter you will thrive here. The founders and leadership are really transparent about what they do and what they're looking for which is really appreciative especially in the world of startups.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but is a very engineering-minded organization — if you're not a self-starter or not interested in learning new skills this won't be the place for you.

      Data labeling is kind of interesting

      Cons

      The founders are extremely inexperienced, even at the IC level, and they made themselves CEO and CTO. The third founder is a hacker. The board needs to hire experienced executive leadership.
