work overload , Thousands of accounts under you, sales reps always asking you questions they should know the answer to, more and more work every other month. Changed bonus structure due to the team hitting it so often so they made it harder. you maintain the accounts but don't all commission goes to reps. Dont get paid enough for all the work we do,

They have some BAD management, that make pretty awful hires. Nepotism reigns, and this side of the management seems to not care if the people they hire are successful...just that they have a job, and get paid to do very little actual work. I saw many people get let go that were doing a fantastic job. There seemed to be no rhyme no reason as to who or why they let people go...But if you looked closely, it seemed so that they could make room for those nepo hires. Being on the wrong management team will lead to micromanagement, from managers that clearly do not know what they are doing. It all seems to come down to who your mid to upper level manager is, as to if you succeed.
