Delivery managers are amazing and work to develop you if you show them you want to be successful. The team members are willing to help. The people make the job.
Cons
As soon as the company changed from TekPartners to INSPYR Solutions it all went downhill. New compensation structure is a drastic drop from old plan even though we were told we would all be better off. Culture disappeared because INSPYR doesn't want to spend the money to reward their employees for the hard work they put in (unlike TekPartners). New business model doesn't push recruiters to succeed and overachieve. Instead they are limited because they can only work a certain number of jobs at a time. They tell employees there's room for growth but don't act on it. They took away all extras (snacks, fruit, energy drinks) because it's not in the new budget. Continuous layoffs throughout the company even for dedicated employees over a decade into the company. The sales team doesn't get held accountable for a lack of job orders coming in even though that is their main responsibility under the new business model.
