This company has been doing well for a long time and is a very stable employer. They pay decently, management is made up of good people. To my knowledge, they have never had layoffs. Growing very quickly every year.

Cons

A large company that is in many ways run like a small company, for better and worse.

Great place to work....been here almost 13 years....started in Commercial Department and transitioned into Personal Lines after 9 years in Commercial

Cons

it can be very stressful, but i have amazing co-workers in my department and the new team lead Sheri Deaton has been rocking it with the staff and helping get things done
