      Pros

      Such a great place to start your career! The management team is supportive, encouraging, and cares to see you succeed. The culture is amazing. Super collaborative, positive, a bit fast faced, but in a good way :) Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand!

      Cons

      None. There is definitely a learning curve at the beginning, but the company sets you up for success.

      - Great training program - Amazing work atmosphere - Unbelievable benefits - Cliche but the culture is phenomenal

      Cons

      The learning curve can be somewhat intense at first but if you keep with it, the work becomes second nature!
