You can learn a lot in a specialized industry.

Cons

Management is being pushed to give in to Spain's unrealistic demands, and I couldn't find anyone willing to stand up to them. Very poorly run, no value for industry knowledge.

Huge differentiation between management and non-management positions. Management lives in their own bubble, with great perks, but very little sensitive to employee morale.
