Its literally amusing how there can be a single good review about this organization. The founder has made this a joke in the name of a company. And how can you add any stars to this organization without talking about the worst HR you will come across. She adds the feather to the cap in deteriorating any good that this company probably could have achieved., Just roaming around the office premises with a laptop in hand does not qualifies as work. Anybody who thinks that they are not capable of anything better should make sure that they join here...you'll realize within a week's time how much better you can be once you see the bad state of affairs over here.

1. Micromanagement. 2. Politics. And all of that by the management and some of their chamchas. 3. No appreciation for your efforts. 4. Worst Appraisals. 5. Company is not supportive. 6. Unnecessary Pressure. 7. Partiality. 8. Can't even buy a cake for Christmas celebrations, Asked employees for the contributions of the cake.
