      Great Benefits, Good Culture, Good Work/Life Balance

      Cons

      Salaries are low. Not a great plan for growth, if you don't want to be a manager.

      Thanks for the feedback and the 5-star rating. The benefits and salary are all part of the Total Rewards package, which is still very competitive.

      Good place to get started in your career, but progressing is a slog

      Pros

      The University has a lot of projects that are interesting to work on if you look around through each of the departments. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Brad Wheeler is more concerned with pomp and circumstance than substance.

      The pay is not nearly as good as anywhere else.

      Thanks for the feedback. Keep in mind though, while the pay is less than the corporate world, the benefits are much better. It is a trade off but it is all part of the total rewards package, not just the salary.
