Always was flexible around my class schedule and exam dates. Could come in at odd times that may be a little different than normal shifts to accommodate.
Opportunities to take initiative and learn new tasks and skills if you ask for it.
Always, always hiring.
Cons
RPS is a dumpster fire and it is the same across buildings across campus and even up into management.
No RPS process makes sense nor is it efficient for workers or customers.
The lack of communication from the upper echelons of management to their building managers and then to students and full time staff is appalling.

Sorry to hear that you did not have a very good work experience within RPS. I would hope that you shared some of this with management or your HR Business Partner in an exit interview. If not, it would be good still to share feedback with them so that they can find continuous improvement in their methods.
