      Staff has a lot great hard working people.

      Cons

      Management is messy. Not heard in making recommendations for efficiency or having urgent issues addressed. Constantly told there’s room for growth. Realizing it’s an empty promise after out performing everyone else in my department.

      Company works hard to be good to employees. Current teams in my area all full of good hard working people.

      Cons

      Company is growing a lot so it's going through the difficult process of trying to be more organized without losing its ability to respond quickly. Still trying to find the right balance.
