Pros

It hires a bunch of young minorities from the Detroit area and has them make calls using software that has information bought from Verizon on trucking companies harassing owners who told us they don't want to be bothered a year ago. The upper management is very prejudiced and won't allow for any of the minorities to be promoted even though that's what they constantly promise to us.

Cons

The pay is poor, the benefits are bottom of the barrel, and it's literally just a shady job you take if there are no options. They promise high commissions but no one has actually made any and a handful of people have been there for years. Also, 95% of the staff quit after 3 months anyway. They make a habit of creating a very high school environment and then punishing the staff for it. If you are looking for a good stable job this is not it, the only people that this may not affect are high school kids who just want something to do before college.

Pros

I met a few lifelong friends, who also no longer work there due to their lack of compassion and intelligence. The food from the kitchen downstairs is really good and the shop owner in the store is wonderful and sweet.

Cons

Everything. I cried constantly because I was overworked and underpaid. People who would show up and made an effort would be ignored while the people who were constantly causing issues and had many complaints against them would continue to work there, would not be reprimanded. A HUGE "boys club". I saw countless hard working and wonderful individuals either get let go or hurt, while the ones who sat around and didn't know how to manage a flea stick around and get promoted.
