The current experience has been great with the company itself. They know exactly what to say when it comes to keeping their employees calm and focused. It feels more enjoyable to know that they encourage you and push you to be your best self.

Cons

Nothing too bad. The clients we work with are good people, but their customers can indeed be something else. End of the day, you just have to have a little thick skin in the game since most of the projects are sales related.
