Pros

Management is very friendly. The company even orders out food during very high call volumes to provide free meals for their employees. Management and HR are very reasonable and understanding when it comes to requesting time off. Good potential for growth within the company. (Start off in sales and become recognized for a Team Lead position and higher). The company is also very stable in the economy-ownership sees to it that the health of the company is always good and positive.

Cons

Wish we could have an hour lunch break.

Pros

Great sales environment with excellent compensation packages and training. I personally run a 40+ agent team with half of them who will make $60k + this year, a handful making $80k+. Sales agents take only inbound calls and sell a quality service so we can all sleep well at night. Plenty of room for advancement within the company. We have a previous agent now working in IT, Business Development, and all of your Team Leads, Sales Managers, and GSM's were previous agents on the phone.

Cons

So to address some cons I've seen.... Yes the company can be slammed with inbound calls for days and weeks at a time. During this time we ask and pay for people to work overtime and will often feed lunch and dinner to agents and have them skip lunches and breaks. Sometimes the calls are slower. This is what happens in any sales environment. Sales is not for everyone. Telemarketing is not for everyone. If you are a sales professional looking for a great place to work with good pay, quality product, and great team to work with, come see us.

Pros

Commission structure pays you on activations and upsells. Attendance bonuses if you work all scheduled shifts which is a plus for those of us that show up for work. inner circle program for top performers. They gave away a $7500 quarterly bonus yesterday during the inner circle raffle. If you're money motivated you will like it.

Cons

Very busy call center and sometimes the hours can be long. You get paid bonuses for working extra time if they need staffing help. Some of the reviews here talk about no breaks, etc. Bottom line is that the job is what you make of it. It's a commissioned sales job which is not for everyone. If you don't like a fast pace, don't work here.
