From the recruiting to the first day of work to the first month of employment, Infoblox had a curated journey for me to follow to ensure I knew the culture, the role responsibilities and had support along the way. The benefits are well rounded. I am encouraged to pursue areas of technology that interest me. I am empowered to use my voice here. The team I work with is stellar!
Cons
Not an uncommon con with all international companies, however, time zone management is always a challenge with an international, remote company.

Thank you for the review and for spotlighting your onboarding experience. It is great to hear that the journey felt clear, curated, supportive, and empowering, that benefits meet your needs, and that you feel encouraged to explore new technologies and use your voice. We are also glad your team is delivering the support you need.
Regarding time zones, global collaboration can be challenging, and we will keep looking for better ways to protect focus and balance across regions. Your suggestion to sit down with new hire cohorts at 60–90 days is a strong idea. Fresh eyes matter. We will share this with senior leadership as we continue to refine the new hire experience.
Thanks for adding your voice and for the impact you are making already.
-amazing coworkers
-good benefits
-dogs in the office
-training and growth opportunities
Cons
-some of the execs are not the most transparent
-if you are hired to work near an office location, you are expected to come in to the office 2 times per week
Infoblox is a collection of great people worldwide who are truly working together to achieve a common goal. It is energizing to be a part of a culture that actually lives up to its values.
Cons
No company is perfect, but I can't honestly think of a legitimate downside.
